Returns

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item packaged in the condition that it was sold; undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

• Pearls, Opals and Emeralds should ONLY be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
• Other stones and non-stone jewellery can be cleaned with a weak solution of washing up liquid and warm water, brush dirt gently and wipe away with a soft clean cloth.
• We do not recommend exercising or sleeping in any items of jewellery.
• Remove jewellery before applying perfume, showering, sunbathing, swimming and household cleaning.
