Customisation
If you've seen a Sweet Pea design that catches your eye but would like to personalise it, our customisation service is the perfect way to add your own style to one of our existing designs, whether its a ring, bracelet, necklace or earrings.
This could simply be the addition of a personalised engraved message or more substantial changes such as the type of gemstone, the precious metal or even the overall scale of the piece.
How the customisation process works

Get in touch
Once you have identified a Sweet Pea design that you love, contact us via email or phone. From here we can discuss the changes you would like to make to personalise the design, we will be able to guide you through the possibilities with gemstones, metal type and finish or any other ideas you may want to discuss.

Consultation
If applicable we can provide a NO OBLIGATION consultation where we will show examples of gemstones, different precious metals and the type of finish we can achieve, as well as any other ideas you may want to explore. We will also discuss practical considerations including sizing. This consultation can be in person via appointment (central London), or remotely via zoom or email.

The Final Step
Once we have honed the details and materials for your personalised piece we will provide you with a quotation and a timeline for completion. We require a 50% deposit before we commence making. Please note that each item is handmade with exceptional care to ensure the highest quality so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for completion of your customised design.
