Delivery - UK and Northern Ireland

UK Postage and Packaging is £10.00 via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to arrive the next day after posting. Your package will require a signature upon delivery otherwise it will be held by Royal Mail and you will need to rearrange delivery.

London Customers Only: If you require an item urgently and it is in stock we may be able to arrange a same-day courier for an additional charge. Please call us on 020 7449 9292.

Delivery - Europe & International

Standard International Postage and Packaging, Europe £15.00, International £20.00, via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For and may take up to ten working days to arrive from the time of despatch.

Express International shipping is provided by Federal Express courier service. Prices for this service vary depending upon the required destination from £45 to £60 - please see exact prices at the check out page. Fedex shipping is sent on a priority service which can take between 1 - 4 days depending

upon the destination. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal/courier service in the destination country and Sweet Pea Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note any online purchase made after 6pm UK time will be processed the following working day. Any online purchase made over a weekend or on a public holiday will also be processed on the next working day. Processing times may vary over extended holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas.


All Sweet Pea jewellery will be carefully packaged and each item will be presented in a silver grey box. A Sweet Pea carrier bag will also be included with each order.
Return/Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not perfectly satisfied, we are able to offer you a full refund or exchange for your online purchase providing you notify us in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods and the jewellery is returned to us packaged in the condition that it was sold; therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. The security tag must be attached and complete as we cannot accept the return of any items if this has been tampered with in any way or if it has been removed.

Please contact us first by email at if you wish to arrange a refund or exchange clearly stating the reason for return. When posting back your goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Customers are entitled to receive a refund for online purchased items as long as they are returned and received by Sweet Pea 14 days from the date of the email stating the customers wish to return the item and are received in the condition stated above. Please note we are unable to refund any postage and packaging charges, nor any tax and duties incurred.

Once the goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and Sweet Pea Jewellery will not be liable for their loss or damage.

We regret that we unable to accept refunds or exchanges for any items that have been engraved or specially made or altered to your specifications.

Sweet Pea Jewellery cannot be held liable for items lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
